Shipping & Returns

Delivery time

In order to offer a sustainable slow-fashion option to ethical consumers our garments are by nature... slow. So please be aware when purchasing that we do not offer next day or fast delivery, your purchase will be placed into a 'run' and made to order FOR YOU, meaning this garment does not exist until you buy it and will placed into a scheduled manufacturing slot. This allows us to avoid wastage by not keeping stock and utilise ethical garment making practices. 

You will be notified when purchasing what date your item will be manufactured and delivered.

 

 

Shipping in the UK is between 1-3 days, we do also offer next day delivery. International customers may be subjected to customs depending on your countries local customs rules and regulations. 

We offer world wide shipping from the UK at the best price possible.

Returns & Refunds

When thinking of returning your item please be aware that our garments are made to order. You are able to return your items within 14 days of purchasing if it meets the below terms, please email hello@cielostudio.co.uk and we will provide a return form to send with your package. The item must be un-used in the same condition as you received it in, it must also still have all tags attached, otherwise the item(s) cannot be returned. Provided these conditions are met we will refund the total amount to the card used in the transaction once the items are received back to us. Please be aware we do not refund the shipping price for international customers, and postage on non-uk customers returns will be at the customers own expense. When returning, please remember to save the delivery receipt to prove it has been sent. It may take between 5 and 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. We do not offer refunds for 'change of mind' or for 'wait time' as we are clear upfront that the items are preorder and you will need to wait. Please also check your size is correct when purchasing. Cielo Studio reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval. Cielo Studio is not responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages.

We cannot accept returns for items that have been bespoke made with custom measurements. 

Refused or return to sender packages

Orders that are refused delivery more than once may be required to pay for shipping again if the item is returned to our offices. 

 

Lost packages

Please be aware that when you make your purchase you are agreeing that Cielo Studio is not responsible for refunding or replacing any parcels that are marked as signed for and delivered to the correct address, but that the customer claims have not been received. We are able to provide tracking details, post office drop off proof and proof of delivery to your address which cannot be incorrect, and therefore all proof shows it has been delivered. 

However if we can see in the tracking details that a package has gone missing in the postal system, severely delayed or delivered to an incorrect address (due to wrong details on the shipping information) please contact us asap and we will do our best to investigate and rectify the situation for you.

Cielo Studio is also not responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages for customers sending returns back to us.
